InSales

For nutritionists

The patient leaves with the perfect plan. Then thirty days pass and you hear nothing

InSales brings together scheduling, records and meal plans built on the TACO table. And it follows what happens after the visit: the patient logs each meal in one tap, and you open your day knowing who stayed on track and who stopped.

  • Adherence marked by the patient in one tap, even offline
  • A panel that separates who never logged from who stopped midway
  • Recall that invites back whoever is due for a return

Prescribing is where most software stops

Already live. Nothing here is a roadmap promise: it is what your account does today.

Meal plans with validated swaps

Build meal by meal, searching foods in Unicamp's TACO table. The patient may swap, but a swap that breaks the target is refused, with the gap per macro on screen.

Adherence per meal

The patient marks ate or skipped in one tap, with a photo if they want, and the entry syncs on its own once the connection is back. The panel separates who never logged from who logged and did not follow.

Anthropometry with history

Weight, circumferences and skinfolds are stored by date. Progress becomes a chart without you opening a spreadsheet.

Records and intake

Intake, notes and attachments live where the appointment lives. A wrong assessment is not erased: it is voided with a reason and replaced, and the history stays whole.

Receita Saúde receipt

The receipt comes out of the appointment already filled with patient and service details, the way the tax authority asks.

How the month works

Four moments, in the order the practice lives them.

  1. 1

    The patient books alone

You publish your scheduling link. The patient picks a slot that is genuinely free and lands straight in your day.

  2. 2

You see them with the record open

Intake, measurements and the last visit's plan on the same screen. No hunting for a file before you start.

  3. 3

The patient logs what they ate

Between visits, they mark meals through the portal. This is where most systems stop and the month turns into silence.

  4. 4

You act before the next return

The panel shows who slipped and recall invites back whoever is due. You arrive at the return knowing what happened.

What you can check before subscribing

  • TACO table, not an invented list

Food search uses the Brazilian Food Composition Table.

    TACO · Unicamp

  • A swap outside the target is refused

The substitution is validated on the server: if it breaks the prescription, it comes back refused with the gap per macro. Not a warning you can click past.

    Server-side validation

  • Health data treated as health data

Records and measurements follow the sensitive-data regime: access is logged and the retention period is declared per record type.
