Everyone who looks you up lands in the same base

From the link you drop in a story to the comment at ten at night, the person arrives with a name and a phone number and nobody types anything. Then it becomes a record with history, a card on the funnel, and a return with a rule.

  • Your public link, with the contact click counted on the server
  • Material and forms that only go out in exchange for contact details
  • Type STOP and nothing else reaches that person

Where new people come from

Six doors, all ending in the same place: a contact with a name, a phone number and a history. In italics, the complaint each one answers.

  • I sent my profile and they could not find prices, hours or the address.

Your public link, the business card that works

One address with services, photos, reviews and the times that are genuinely free. The click on the contact button is counted on the server, so you know how many came through it instead of guessing. People searching the directory by service reach you too.

  • I publish good content and I have no idea who downloaded it.

    Material traded for contact details

A name and a phone number in exchange for the PDF. Access lasts an hour and the delivery is recorded on the server, so the number is not inflated by browser prefetch or by a crawler passing through the page.

  • The first appointment burns twenty minutes filling in a form.

A public form that arrives answered

The person answers up front, step by step, with a draft saved on every answer. You start the day already knowing what they need, and what they wrote stays on their record.

  • Whoever comments at ten at night goes cold before I wake up.

An Instagram comment that becomes a contact

The word you picked fires a direct message right away, and the public reply only goes out after the message did. Inside the conversation the system asks for a phone number or an email, with the reason stated up front, and updates the contact that already exists instead of creating a duplicate.

  • My best advertising is word of mouth, and nobody can measure it.

Referrals with a link from the customers you already have

Every customer has their own link in the portal, and the company sees the referrals that arrived through it. No printed coupon, and no depending on somebody remembering to ask how the person found you.

  • A good rating stays locked inside the system and attracts nobody.

Reviews that push your reputation outward

Two hours after the appointment the rating request goes out. Four or five stars get the link to your Google listing; one or two reach you first, with time to fix it before it becomes public text.

After the person is in

Already live. Nothing here is a roadmap promise: this is what your account does today, with the rule behind each one.

The record that answers before you ask

Profile, service history, packages, reviews and the team's notes in order, on a single screen. The note is internal and never leaves through a public route. If part of the history does not answer, the record still opens instead of failing in front of you.

The week in a funnel, draggable

Every appointment in a status column, with the count on top. Dragging the card changes the real state, not a parallel field somebody forgets to move: the funnel is the status, not a copy of it.

The audience arrives worked out

The system does not hand you a blank screen asking who you want to reach. It brings four ready lists: who went quiet, service anniversaries, who missed an appointment, and this month's birthdays. Pick one, write once, and see the reach and the exclusions before sending.

Returns run on a rule, and the rule is yours

Write it once, along the lines of ninety days after this service, reach out. Four triggers cover return by service, a target date, going quiet, and a cadence for active plans. The send is reserved before it goes out, so running again does not send the same message twice.

Ratings, NPS and your reply

You read and answer each review from the inside, once. The portal's star rating and the NPS survey are separate counts on purpose: reusing one as the other would put every company at the bottom of the scale.

Whoever asked to leave stays out

The opt out is read before every send, not merely stored. A message with no label is treated as promotion and blocked, and a failure to read the permission blocks it too. Whoever left stays in your history and out of every send list and out of the ranking.

How this works day to day

Four moves, in the order your base grows.

  1. 1

    Publish your link

Services, photos and times come from what you already registered. Material and forms sit behind the contact gate, and the conversation button stays in plain sight.

  2. 2

The contact arrives on its own

Whoever downloads, answers or comments becomes a record with a name and a phone number, in the same base as the people who walk in. No duplicate record.

  3. 3

    The system sorts it

Every contact gets a record, a timeline and a recency label: new, hot, warm or cold. Nobody types that in, it comes from the appointments that already happened.

  4. 4

You call people back with a rule

The rule counts the months per service and sends the invitation at the right time. Whoever went cold enters a reactivation campaign, whoever missed gets a rebooking invitation.

The card in motion
You drag the appointment to the stage it is actually in.
The week closing out
The card lands in done and each column's count follows on its own.

What you can check before you sign

  • The base is yours, and only yours

Every read uses the company from your login, never an identifier that came with the request. A record from another company answers with a permission error, and a list cursor from another company goes back to the first page instead of leaking a row.

    Isolation verified on the server

  • Acquisition numbers that do not inflate

Downloading material and clicking the contact button are recorded as writes, not as a visited link. Browser prefetch and search crawlers do not become interested people, which is how almost every website dashboard inflates without anyone noticing.

    Counted on the server

  • A repeated trigger is not a repeated message

Before sending, the send is reserved with a conditional write. If the queue delivers the same event again, the second attempt loses the reservation and nobody gets it twice.

    Reserved before sending

  • You see the product before paying
