The plan leaves the visit finished. What happens next gets recorded too
Build meal by meal on the TACO table, let the patient swap foods within the target, and follow who stayed on track and who stopped between returns.
- Food search on Unicamp's TACO table
- A swap outside the target is refused, with the gap per macro
- Adherence marked by the patient in one tap, even offline

Prescribe with rigour, follow up without chasing

Meal plans with validated swaps
The patient may swap a food, but a swap that breaks the target is refused on the server, with the gap per macro on screen. Not a warning you can click past.
Adherence per meal
Ate or skipped in one tap, with a photo if they want, and the entry syncs on its own once the connection is back. The panel separates who never logged from who logged and did not follow.
Anthropometry with history
Weight, circumferences and skinfolds stored by date. Progress becomes a chart without opening a spreadsheet.
Assessments that correct without erasing
Got an assessment wrong? It is voided with a mandatory reason and replaced by a new entry. The history stays whole, because the history is what your decisions rest on.
How the month works
Four moments, in the order the practice lives them.
- 1
You see them with the record open
Intake, measurements and the last visit's plan on the same screen.
- 2
The plan comes out finished
Meal by meal on the TACO table, with portions and household measures, and the PDF generated on the spot.
- 3
The patient logs what they ate
Between visits, through the portal. This is where most systems stop.
- 4
You arrive at the return knowing
The panel shows who slipped and where, so the return conversation starts where it matters.
What you can check before subscribing
TACO table, not an invented list
Food search uses the Brazilian Food Composition Table.

A swap outside the target is refused
The substitution is validated on the server: if it breaks the prescription, it comes back refused with the gap per macro, and the restriction comes from the record.
Server-side validation
The AI proposes, you sign
On publishing a recipe, the system revalidates the record's restrictions against its final state. Generating is a draft; publishing is the professional's act.
